What You ll Be Doing Providing pastoral care and wellbeing support for students across the college.Acting as a first point of contact for student concerns and signposting to appropriate services.Supporting attendance, behaviour, and engagement initiatives.Assisting with safeguarding processes and maintaining accurate records.Building positive relationships with students, parents, and staff to create a supportive environment.
