The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting students'' wellbeing, encouraging positive behaviour and helping to create a safe, inclusive and supportive school environment. The Role Provide pastoral support to students experiencing social, emotional or behavioural difficulties. Build positive relationships with students, acting as a trusted and approachable member of staff. Support behaviour management and encourage positive attitudes towards learning.
