This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about supporting young people and creating a safe, positive environment where they can thrive.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop approaches to behaviour, safeguarding, attendance and wellbeing.Implement and maintain behaviour and safeguarding policies and procedures.Provide rapid support to students requiring additional intervention and support successful re-engagement in learning.Maintain a visible presence across the setting, particularly during breaks and lunchtimes.Build strong relationships with students, parents and carers.Deliver safeguarding, behaviour and pastoral CPD and training to staff.Monitor and report relevant data to senior leaders and governors.Oversee safeguarding compliance, educational visits and associated processes.Act as the Designated Lead for Looked After Children (LAC).Coordinate targeted ..... full job details .....
