You Will Receive:Company Tablet, Laptop and Mobile PhonePensionCar/Van allowance (upon completion of probation)Birthday HolidayAdditional Day holiday for each full year of completed serviceDevelopment and progression opportunitiesCPD TrainingAs a Passive Fire Surveyor, you will be:Ensure all property maintenance is installed and carried out in line with correct legislation.Identify any required remedial works, report them, and ensure quotes are generated.Provide confident fire safety advice related to the property.Reassure clients that the developed design:Achieves the expected FCS standard of fire safety.Aligns with the client''s objectives.Complies with all relevant legal fire safety requirements.Passive Fire Surveyor experience we are looking for:Experience in passive fire surveying and fire safety fields.Ability to carry out precise site inspections on existing buildings and construction sites.Conducting surveys, audits, and inspections of passive fire protection (e.g., fire stopping, cavity barriers).Ensuring installations comply with certified detailsAbility to read and interpret technical drawingsPreparing reports using company systems when requiredDesirable qualifications/training (e.g., ASFP, NVQ, fire compartmentation)We are keen to see CVs from Passive Fire Surveyors, Compartmentation Surveyors, Fire Risk Assessors.
