This is a hands-on supervisory position, ideal for someone with a background in carpentry, fire door installation or passive fire, who is looking to take on greater responsibility across site delivery, quality and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate day-to-day site activities and project delivery Organise and supervise installers, subcontractors and specialist contractors Carry out site visits, surveys and inspections Complete fire door surveys and installation quality inspections Deliver daily briefings and Toolbox Talks Support access arrangements and maintain high standards of customer care Record photographs, inspection findings and project information using Joblogic and company systems Maintain accurate compliance and project records Assist with quality inspections, snagging and project handovers Identify and escalate issues relating to quality, safety, programme or ac...
