Passive Fire - Site Manager

CJS Recruitment are looking for an experienced Site Manager who has background with Fire compartmentation to join a large and growing Construction, Maintenance and Repair company who cover the South East Regions and more.

This role requires in-dept knowledge of passive fire protection methods and building regulations related to fire safety. This position is for Night-work.

RESPONSIBILITIES;

- Manage site operations, including labour, materials, subcontractors and equipment.

- Overseeing works, inspection, repair and compliance with manufacturers specifications.

- Implement and manage Health and Safety procedures, risks assessments and method statements ( RAMS )

- Ensure accurate documentation is maintained including site diaries, inspection records and compliance certificates

-Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to senior management

- Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings

REQUIREMENTS;

- Valid CSCS

- SSSTS certificate

- 1st Aid certificate

- Good communication skills

- Proven experience as a Site Manager

- NVQ Level 6 in Construction Management or equivalent
