Passive Fire Protection Project ManagerLocation: London Salary: 500 - 600 per day Sector: Infrastructure Rail Major ProjectsThe RoleWe are seeking an experienced Passive Fire Protection Project Manager to join a growing specialist contractor delivering high-profile infrastructure and rail projects across London.You will take ownership of the design, commercial, and delivery of passive fire packages, working across structural steel, MEP penetrations, and compartmentation within complex live environments.This is a hands-on role managing projects end-to-end, from design coordination through to site delivery and commercial close-out.Key ResponsibilitiesLead delivery of passive fire protection packages across multiple assets/projectsManage design coordination to ensure compliance with tested details, fire strategies, and British StandardsAdminister contracts under NEC (NEC3/NEC4), including: Compensation EventsEarly WarningsApplications for PaymentOversee programme, cost, and resource management (CVR, Earned Value, planning)Coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams across MEP, structural, and fit-out tradesEnsure all works meet FIRAS / ASFP standards and successfully pass auditsProvide technical solutions for firestopping, fireboarding, and intumescent coatingsManage QA, inspections, and assurance processesRequirementsProven experience in Passive Fire Protection / FirestoppingBackground as a Project Manager, Contracts Manager, or Senior EngineerStrong knowledge of: ..... full job details .....
