Passive Fire Protection Manager

We are working with a renowned specialist contractor working across all aspects of cladding remediation and internal fire protection.

Due to continued growth including multiple new frameworks and awarded contracts, they require a Head of Passive Fire Protection. -

This is senior role within the business to take fully responsibility of heading up all passive fire protection works to include fire door installations, fire door maintenance, fire stopping , compartmentation surveys , & fire door surveys etc.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Oversee and restructure the team/division
• Take fully responsibility of heading up all passive fire protection works
• Take overall-responsibility for maintaining our 3rd party certification status with BM Trada
• Ensuring the team and works carried out are in line with up-to-date standards and current legislation-
• Recruitment and procurement of sub-contractors for all works related to the passive fire division-
• Business development-
• Supporting the commercial team in completing tenders and framework opportunities-

Candidate Profile:

• A current track record in overseeing a passive fire division
• In-depth knowledge of BM Trada and similar fire accreditations-
• Recognised qualifications in fire protection and fire safety
• Experience in maintenance, refurbishment and fit out projects-
• Must be willing to travel where and when required-
• Hybrid working ( head office / site locations)-

-70,000-+ car allowance, medical, pension, bonus-
