We’re seeking a highly skilled and proactive Passive Fire Project Manager to lead the delivery of fire protection works on a live student accommodation site. This is a critical role requiring precision, leadership, and a deep understanding of fire safety regulations in occupied buildings.You’ll be responsible for managing all aspects of passive fire protection, ensuring compliance, safety, and minimal disruption to the residents. The ideal candidate will have experience working in live environments and a proven track record of delivering fire protection projects to the highest standards.Key Responsibilities

Oversee the planning and execution of passive fire protection works (e.g., fire stopping, compartmentation, fire doors)Manage subcontractors and ensure works are completed safely, on time, and within budgetLiaise with site teams, clients, and stakeholders to coordinate works in a live environmentConduct regular inspections and quality assurance checksEnsure full compliance with relevant fire safety legislation and building regulationsMaintain accurate records, reports, and documentation for audits and handoverRequirements

Proven experience in passive fire protection project managementStrong knowledge of fire safety regulations and best practicesExperience working in live environments, ideally student accommodation or residential settingsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsRelevant qualifications (e.g., FIRAS, IFC, ASFP Level 3 or equivalent)SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS cardPlease send your CV to ..... full job details .....
