We are working with a well-known contractor in the social housing sector in Birmingham, who are looking for a Passive Fire Project Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This role comes with a company vehicle and fuel card.

• Managing passive fire and fire door projects across the Midlands in social housing
• Conducting site visits and ensuring quality of work
• Overseeing a team of Site Managers
• Managing projects from start to completion

Key skills required as a Passive Fire Project Manager:

• Experience working in social housing
• Strong IT skills
• Experience in passive fire protection
• Excellent organisational skills
