Passive Fire Supervisor / Project Manager / Contracts Manager - Fast Track Opportunity to Director Level Location: Central London (office attendance required) and sites across London and the South East Sector: Residential Passive Fire Protection A successful London-based multidisciplinary subcontractor has secured a significant pipeline of internal passive fire protection works through the residential recladding projects it is already delivering. Due to continued growth, the business is looking to establish its own in-house passive fire division. Currently, all firestopping works are subcontracted while the business works towards obtaining the required third-party accreditation. They are now looking to appoint an experienced passive fire professional who can play a key role in building and developing the division. Applications are welcomed from Supervisors, Project Managers and Contracts Managers with strong operational delivery experience in passive internal firestopping. The Role Key responsibilities include: Leading the process of achieving the required third-party passive fire accreditation. Managing the delivery of passive firestopping projects across London and the South East. Providing technical expertise on passive fire products, systems and manufacturers. Managing site teams, ensuring quality, compliance and programme delivery. Developing relationships with clients, suppliers and manufacturers.
