This is a remote position offering the opportunity to work across a varied portfolio of passive fire projects throughout the UK. The Role Price tenders for firestopping and compartmentation packages Estimate planned and reactive maintenance contracts Complete accurate take-offs from drawings, surveys and specifications Build rates covering labour, materials, plant, access and preliminaries Obtain competitive quotations from suppliers and subcontractors Attend site visits, pre-tender meetings and client meetings when required Provide clear and well-documented handovers of secured projects to Contracts and Commercial teams Review completed projects against original estimates alongside the QS Feed lessons learned back into future pricing and tendering Experience and Requirements Proven estimating experience within the passive fire protection industry Strong technical knowledge of firestoppi...
