Passive Fire EstimatorLocation - St Helens, Merseyside (North West preferred)Salary - Up to 60,000 + Excellent Benefits PackageJob Type - PermanentAbout the CompanyOur client is an established specialist contractor operating within the passive fire protection sector, delivering fire stopping, compartmentation and fire safety solutions across a diverse portfolio of projects.With work spanning the UK, Ireland and Europe, the business provides specialist installation and maintenance services, including planned and reactive contracts. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced Passive Fire Estimator to strengthen their commercial team.The ideal candidate will be based in the North West and able to work from the company''s St Helens office. However, applications from exceptional candidates based further afield will also be considered.The RoleAs Passive Fire Estimator, you will be responsible for pricing tenders across fire stopping, compartmentation and planned and reactive maintenance contracts. You will play a key role in producing accurate, competitive estimates while ensuring all labour, materials, access requirements, plant and preliminaries are properly accounted for.Working closely with suppliers, subcontractors, the Contracts Team and Quantity Surveyors, you will help ensure tenders are commercially sound and that successfully secured work is handed over to operations with a clear and comprehensive pricing breakdown.Key ResponsibilitiesPrice ..... full job details .....
