The successful candidate will carry out a range of passive fire protection works across commercial, education and public sector properties. Key Responsibilities Carry out fire door inspections, surveys, repairs and installations. Undertake passive fire stopping installations and remedial works. Conduct compartmentation and fire stopping surveys. Identify and report defects in passive fire protection systems. Produce clear photographic evidence and digital survey reports. Complete remedial works in accordance with current British Standards and manufacturer specifications. Work independently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship and compliance. Liaise professionally with clients, site managers and tenants where required. Essential Requirements Proven experience within the passive fire protection industry.
