Passive Fire Contracts Manager

Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Fire Door/Passive Fire Contracts Manager to oversee and deliver multiple projects across London and the surrounding areas. This is a permanent opportunity offering hybrid working and long-term career prospects with a well-established and industry-leading client within the fire protection space.The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of fire door and passive fire protection projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards of compliance and quality.Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate fire door and passive fire protection contracts across multiple sitesLiaise with clients, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project deliveryOversee health and safety compliance, quality assurance, and documentationConduct site visits, inspections, and audits as requiredEnsure works are delivered in line with current legislation, standards (e.g., BM TRADA), and best practicesManage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocationProvide technical support and leadership to site-based teamsPrepare and submit reports to senior management and clientsRequirements

Proven experience managing fire door and passive fire protection contractsStrong knowledge of current fire safety legislation, building regulations, and compliance standardsExperience delivering projects in commercial, residential, or public-sector environmentsExcellent communication, organisational, and project management skillsValid driving licence and willingness to travel to sites across LondonAdditional Information
