Passive Fire Contracts Director

An established and successful company is looking to launch a new Passive Fire division and is seeking an ambitious Passive Fire Contracts Director to take ownership of this exciting opportunity. This is a senior position for someone with a strong commercial background and proven industry experience who can help establish the operation, build a team, develop client relationships and secure new contracts. You will have significant autonomy and the backing of an established business, giving you the opportunity to shape the division and play a major role in its long-term success. The Role:As Passive Fire Contracts Director, you will lead the commercial development of the new division, identifying opportunities and establishing the structure required to deliver sustainable growth. Key responsibilities will include: Developing and implementing a strategy for the new division. Identifying opportunities and securing new contracts. Building strong relationships with clients, main contractors and industry contacts. Leading tendering, pricing and commercial negotiations. Recruiting and developing a capable delivery and commercial team. Establishing effective processes, systems and procedures. Overseeing contractual performance, margins and profitability. Supporting mobilisation and successful delivery of newly secured projects. Working closely with the senior leadership team on wider business objectives.
