This is a key operational role supporting the day-to-day coordination of passenger transport services, ensuring resources are deployed effectively, service standards are maintained, and passengers receive a responsive, high-quality service. You will work closely with Transport Service management, advise on transport availability and costs, support staff coordination, and continually review routes, systems and processes to deliver value for money, service improvement and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily passenger fleet operations, ensuring the right vehicles, drivers and resources are available to meet service demand.
