As the Passive Fire Estimator, you will be:

• Evaluating tender documents, specifications, drawings, and fire safety requirements.
• Preparing cost estimates and pricing for passive fire protection works, including:

• Fire stopping
• Fire compartmentation
• Fire doors
• Cavity barriers
• Fire protection to structural steel
• Fire boarding and penetration sealing

• Obtaining and reviewing quotations from suppliers.
• Liaising with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal departments to understand all specifications.-

Passive Fire Estimator required experience:

• Minimum 4 years'' experience doing QS works
• Proven experience working in the public sector
• Ability to demonstrate knowledge of fire doors and fire stopping-
