Are you an experienced Administrator or PA looking for your next opportunity? We are currently recruiting for a Senior Administrator / Personal Assistant to support a busy and professional team based in Cockermouth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing high-level administrative support
• Managing diaries, meetings, and appointments
• Preparing documents, reports, and correspondence
• Handling telephone and email enquiries professionally
• Organising meetings and taking minutes when required
• Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
• Supporting senior management with day-to-day PA duties

About You:

• Previous experience in a Senior Administrator or PA role
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Able to work independently and prioritise a busy workload
• Professional, confidential, and proactive approach
