Party Wall Surveyor - (Uxbridge and Surrounding Areas) We are currently partnering with a well-established, surveying consultancy in West London to recruit an experienced Party Wall Surveyor. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business known for its excellent culture, strong client relationships, and diverse project workload across residential and public sector schemes. The Role You will play a key role in delivering party wall services across a varied portfolio of projects throughout West and Central London. The work is predominantly project-based, including residential extensions and conversions, alongside exposure to education schemes and instructions from local authorities, estates, and more. Key ResponsibilitiesManaging party wall matters from instruction through to resolutionServing notices and preparing/agreeing Party Wall AwardsActing for building owners and adjoining ownersLiaising with clients, contractors, and other stakeholdersConducting site inspections and preparing detailed reports/schedules of conditionSupporting on a range of residential projects including extensions and refurbishmentsAssisting with broader surveying work where requiredRequirements Proven experience working as a Party Wall SurveyorGood working knowledge of the Party Wall etc. Act 1996Strong communication and client-facing skillsExperience across other surveying services would be a plusOrganised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projectsBased within a commutable ..... full job details .....
