Office Angels are delighted to be supporting our client in Worcester with the recruitment of a Vehicle Parts Advisor to join their friendly, hardworking team.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives in a busy environment, and takes pride in delivering excellent service.Daily Rate: Up to £112Contract: Temporary for 3 months (with the potential to go permanent)Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:30pmStart Date: Immediate ASAP What you''ll be doing day-to-day:Assisting customers and technicians to identify and order the correct vehicle partsManaging parts orders, including checking deliveries and processing returnsMaintaining accurate inventory levels and supporting stock controlUsing parts catalogues and dealership systems to source required partsIssuing parts promptly to the workshop to support repair schedulesProcessing customer payments and raising invoicesMonitoring stock requirements and placing supplier ordersHandling warranty parts and ensuring accurate documentationBuilding positive relationships with customers, technicians, and suppliers About you:We''d love to speak to you if you have:Previous experience in a Parts Advisor role or within an automotive parts environmentStrong knowledge of vehicle parts and automotive systemsGreat communication skills and a helpful, positive attitudeExcellent organisational skills and high attention to ..... full job details .....
