Parts SupervisorLocation: Wymondham, Norfolk, NR18 0NNJob Type: Full-time, PermanentMarket 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a proactive and customer-focused Parts Supervisor to support the day-to-day running of the parts and retail team at our client''s Wymondham branch.Main Purpose of the RoleReporting to the Parts and Retail Manager, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service, supporting the team and ensuring the smooth operation of the parts department and showroom.You will assist with sales, stock control, customer enquiries and showroom standards, whilst acting as an escalation point in the Manager''s absence. The successful candidate will be organised, commercially minded and confident working in a busy, customer-focused environment.Roles and ResponsibilitiesSupport the daily operation of the parts department and showroom, allocating tasks as required.Deliver excellent customer service, responding to product and service enquiries in person, by telephone and remotely.Process sales, quotations and orders accurately and efficiently.Source parts from suppliers and other branches as required.Maintain showroom standards, ensuring products are well presented, correctly priced and fully stocked.Coordinate stock movements between depots and assist with regular stock checks.Handle point-of-sale transactions, including cash and card payments, and generate invoices.Promote products, special offers and additional products to maximise sales ..... full job details .....
