If you know your way around a busy automotive Parts department and feel ready to lead a small team, this could be your next move.

We’re recruiting a Parts Supervisor in Canterbury, overseeing the daily Parts operation across two local sites. You’ll report to the Parts Manager and lead a team of 3–4 people, staying involved in the hands-on work as well as organising the day.

The salary and hours

• £33,000 basic salary

• £36,000–£38,000 on-target earnings

• Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:30pm

• One-hour lunch break

• Every other Saturday, paid additionally at a set fee

What you’ll be doing

You’ll keep parts, orders and people organised across both sites. That means managing stock availability, chasing outstanding orders, resolving supply issues and working closely with the workshop so technicians have the parts they need.

You’ll also organise and support the Parts team, maintain accurate records and help deliver a reliable service to internal and external customers.

What you’ll need

Experience in an automotive Parts department is essential. You could be a Parts Advisor looking for your first supervisory role, a Senior Parts Advisor ready for progression, or a Parts Supervisor considering a move.

You’ll need sound vehicle parts knowledge, good organisation and the confidence to guide colleagues, prioritise work and communicate clearly when things get busy.
