Parts Supervisor £34,000 £35,000 Basic + £40,000 OTE Canterbury Permanent Full Time Are you an experienced Parts Advisor or Senior Parts Advisor ready to take the next step in your career? We re looking for a confident and organised Parts Supervisor to join our client s Canterbury operation, overseeing the day-to-day running of the Parts departments across two local sites. Reporting directly to the Parts Manager, this is a hands-on supervisory role where you ll be responsible for keeping the Parts operation running smoothly, supporting the workshop and leading a team of 3 4 members of staff. What will you be doing? You ll play a key role in the daily running of both Canterbury sites, making sure the right parts are available when they re needed and that the Parts team and workshop are working effectively together. Your responsibilities will include: Overseeing the day-to-day operation of the Parts departments across both Canterbury sites. Leading, supporting and motivating a team of 3 4 Parts staff. Managing stock levels, inventory and parts availability. Working closely with Workshop Technicians to ensure they have the correct parts when required. Monitoring orders and resolving any parts availability or supply issues. Supporting the Parts Manager with the smooth and efficient running of the department.
