Client Summary:
A well known, leading manufacturer of Heavy Plant and Compaction Machinery for use on soil, asphalt and refuse. Including, Asphalt Rollers, Single Drum Rollers, Pavers, Feeders, Planers and Stabilisers.

Position Summary:
* Manage and coordinate all service and parts activities for National Accounts, ensuring KPIs set out in service agreements are being met.
* Provide regular communication and updates.
* Provide support for the Service and Parts Team.

Main Duties:
* Response to incoming messages (phone, emails) within time limits set out in SLAs
* Coordinate solutions with Service Controller and 3rd party suppliers
* Provide regular updates during the machine down scenario
* Ensure all documentation is provided in line with SLAs
* Monitor parts spent and work with Parts Manager on increasing parts penetration
* Monitor and manage Service Contracts
* Log quality and technical issues on Internal Ticketing System
* Provide regular reports on machine downtime, turnaround times, failure types to Service and Solutions Manager
* Attend regular review meetings

Requirements:
* Experience as a Service or Parts Advisor, Service Administrator, Service Controller or similar role in plant, agriculture or commercial vehicles with basic technical understanding
* Excellent communication, telephone and negotiation skills Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
* SAP Experience preferred but not essential
