Parts Salesperson | Oldham | Full Time | Working hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm | £23,132.20–£60,000 per annum

Our client specialises in selling Mercedes car and van parts over the phone. Founded in 2007 and based in Oldham, near Manchester, the company has built a strong reputation for quality and service.

The Role

The successful candidate will help customers with genuine Mercedes-Benz parts and provide professional support with enquiries, quotations and part identification. Training will be provided for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Genuine Mercedes-Benz engines and complete engine assemblies
• New, used and reconditioned Mercedes-Benz components
• Part-number identification and compatibility checks
• Customer quotations and sales messages
• Professional responses to enquiries
• Cross-checking models, engines, chassis numbers and OE part numbers
• Upselling related genuine parts where appropriate

Requirements

Essential

• A calm and professional telephone manner
• Excellent communication skills
• Good IT skills, especially with Microsoft Office
• A positive, can-do attitude
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• The right to work in the UK and live within a commutable distance of Oldham

Desirable

• Experience with Mercedes-Benz parts
