The salary on offer for this Parts Sales Manager is £40,000 with an OTE of £46,000.

Requirements:

- Proven background in sales management within a B2B environment
- Strong leadership and team-development skills in a target-driven setting
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Good IT skills, confident with Microsoft Office and business systems
- Passion for the automotive sector or a strong desire to deliver exceptional service
- Full Right to Work in the UK is essential – sponsorship is not available

Responsibilities:

- Lead, coach and motivate a team of Parts Sales Executives to exceed targets
- Manage KPIs and deliver regular performance reviews and 1-to-1 coaching
- Plan and implement local sales campaigns to drive customer engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with trade and business customers
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
