Specification:
- A previous working experience as a Parts Sales Manager
- Managing the sourcing and supply of vehicle parts
- Achieving Parts Sales Volumes and profit objectives
- Motivating and developing the Parts Team
- Strong Interpersonal Skills
- Proven experience managing a B2B sales team, ideally within the motor trade or parts sector

- Maximise the profit opportunity in the Parts Department
- Overseeing the effective Management of all Parts and consumable stocks
- As a Parts Sales Manager it is your duty to recruit for Parts Team Members
