Our client, a well-established national motor parts factor based in Slough, Berkshire, is seeking a dedicated Parts Sales Executive to join their dynamic team. • Up to £33,500 basic salary plus bonus
• Monday to Friday, 8am – 6pm
• One in three Saturday mornings, 8am – 12.30pm

Duties of the Parts Sales Executive:

• Provide expert advice to customers regarding parts and accessories to meet their needs
• Achieve personal KPIs and sales targets through active promotion of products
• Accurately identify and locate parts to ensure customer satisfaction
• Utilise promotional offers effectively to meet sales objectives
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships via phone and face-to-face interactions
• Support the Sales Manager in reaching sales goals
• Maintain high product knowledge and stay informed of competitor activity
• Handle customer enquiries promptly and professionally, adhering to KPI frameworks
• Use company systems efficiently to search, order, and process parts
• Follow up on customer orders, manage credit statuses, and ensure timely communication

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Parts Sales Executive, Parts Supervisor, or Parts Sales Representative
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisational skills with keen attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good knowledge of automotive parts and the industry preferred
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Customer-focused attitude with a passion for automotive products
