As a Parts Sales Executive, you will work with the Sales Manager and team to meet and exceed sales targets:Achieve personal KPIs and revenue objectives with target customersIdentify parts to meet customer requirements accuratelyUtilize product promotions effectively to meet targetsLeverage potential sales opportunities within the customer baseMaintain product knowledge and awareness of competitorsBuild strong relationships with customers through regular contactProvide excellent customer service by understanding needs, responding promptly, and offering expert adviceCommunicate timely regarding credit statusSupport the TPS Centre team to ensure excellent customer serviceCollaborate with the Sales Manager to achieve sales goalsHandle calls and inquiries within KPIs using approved greeting protocolsUse systems accurately for searching and ordering partsComplete documentation promptly and accuratelyManage cash and credit transactions according to TPS guidelinesWhat are we looking for?
