££ Job Title: Parts Advisor
££ Location: Hayes
££ Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00–17:00 + Alternate Saturdays, 8:30–12:30
££ Salary: £30,000 + £7,000 Bonus
££ Contract: Temp to Perm (3-month agency trial)

Our client is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Car Parts Advisor to join their friendly and hard-working team in Hayes. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a business that values reliability, teamwork, and attention to detail.

££ What You’ll Be Doing:

- Handling customer queries and processing orders
- Managing parts requisitions
- Providing accurate product information and advice
- Supporting with inventory control and ordering
- Issuing credits and processing return requests
- Verifying invoices and responding to customer email queries
- Managing data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Taking card payments over the phone
- (Desirable)Experience in goods-in receiving, ordering, or banking/payment allocation

- Good Excel skills and strong attention to detail
- Data entry experience
- Basic understanding of invoices, credits and ledgers
- Hard-working, reliable and a strong team player
- Excellent customer service skills with a proactive approach
- (Desirable)Experience in ordering, goods-in, or banking/payment allocation
