Parts Manager

Are you an experienced Parts Manager seeking a new challenge within a flagship automotive dealership in Greenford?

Our client, a well-established and reputable main dealership, is looking to recruit a highly capable Parts Manager to lead their busy parts department. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to manage a team, optimise sales, and develop their career within a dynamic environment.

Benefits:

• Up to -50,000 basic salary with an OTE of -70,000
• Monday to Friday working week
• 45-hour working week with no weekends
• Large main dealership environment, managing a team of four staff members
• Managing car, van, and truck parts
• Monthly car allowance

Duties of the Parts Manager:

• Manage and develop a team to deliver growth in parts sales and achieve margin targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Collaborate with the Service department to maximise operational efficiency and sales opportunities
• Oversee department performance reviews and support ongoing staff development
• Manage key accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Represent the dealership professionally, providing expert product knowledge and outstanding service
• Maintain accurate stock control and ordering processes to meet customer demands

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Parts Manager, ideally within a dealership environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Extensive parts sales and service experience
• Knowledge of automotive parts, particularly commercial vehicles (car, van, truck)
• Commercial awareness of automotive industry standards and trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident and proactive approach within a fast-paced environment
• Full UK driving licence
