Kolt Recruitment are recruiting for a Parts Warehouse Manager for an established accident repair company Key Responsibilities: Accountable for maximising departmental profitability, Develop and implement operational strategies for the department, Ensure exceptional cost control to optimise financial performance, Maintain and develop an accurate parts inventory, Lead and develop a team of parts advisors to achieve their objectives, whilst delivering exceptional service, Maximise commercial opportunities through regularly seeking improved supplier discount structures and terms, Work collaboratively with other departments to find innovative solutions to parts supply issues, Ensure health and safety requirements are adhered to within the department at all times Key Requirements: You have exemplary communication and managerial skills Excellent organisation and administration skills You have previous working experience in a fast pace environment You are able to organise and manage your time efficiently to meet deadlines Experience of parts sales and understanding sales targets Previous experience in a parts managerial and warehouse role, preferable If you would like any further information on this role please call Kolt Recruitment. ..... full job details .....
