Location:- Bournemouth and PooleSalary:- 46,000 OTERole:- Parts Manager We are currently working with a Prominent Dealership Group in the Bournemouth and Poole area to recruit a Parts Manager for one of the top Dealership Groups in the South of England. They are after someone that can create and build a team winning mentality, with genuine progression possibilities for the right individual with the Group at a later stage.Up to 46,000 OTEManaging a high performing team for a Prestige Manufacturer with an excellent market shareYou will have 3-5 years in a Parts Manager capacity, with the skills and experience to create and train a team up to the top level.Key Responsibilities as a Parts Manager:Maintaining and operating an efficient and profitable parts operationMotivate and develop the Parts Department ensuring excellent customer service is delivered to customers by phone, online, and face to faceBringing the trade parts operation back into the limelight Work with other Heads of Departments to develop business strategySource additional parts from outside the Dealership using the appropriate search methods Skills and Experience required for this Parts Manager role:Strong background within the Parts Department having managed a team in a previous roleThe ideal Parts Manager must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills together with a friendly and approachable mannerYou will be computer literate and obtain a full clean driving licenceReady for an upgrade?If you are ..... full job details .....
