About your new Parts Manager role:
- Oversee the Parts Department to ensure smooth operations and profitability.
- Support and guide the Parts Controller.
- Manage inventory, conduct stock audits, and issue purchase orders.
- Coordinate with Operations to anticipate demand and streamline parts access.
- Predict usage patterns and market trends to inform purchasing decisions.
- Inspect incoming parts and lead efficiency projects.
- Experience with Powered Access machine parts or similar industry.
- Strong inventory management, forecasting, and organisational skills.
- Leadership experience managing staff.
- Confident with supplier liaison, stock control, and IT systems.
