An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Parts Manager / Bodyshop Parts Manager to join a busy and professional accident repair environment. Ideally, we''re looking for someone with a strong bodyshop background who understands the demands of accident repair and can manage the parts process efficiently from initial estimate through to vehicle completion.
 
Autoflow experience would be highly advantageous, along with a strong understanding of bodyshop parts, manufacturer processes and supplier relationships.

The Role
As a Bodyshop Parts Manager, you''ll be responsible for managing the complete parts operation, ensuring the correct parts are sourced, ordered and available when required to keep repairs moving efficiently.
 
Your responsibilities will include:
·Managing the day-to-day parts operation within the bodyshop
·Ordering parts accurately and efficiently
·Reviewing estimates and identifying required parts
·Liaising with suppliers, manufacturers and parts departments
·Monitoring parts availability and delivery times
·Checking incoming parts for accuracy, quality and damage
·Ensuring parts are correctly allocated to repair jobs
·Working closely with VDAs, Panel, MET and Paint Technicians
·Managing returns, credits and outstanding orders
·Maintaining accurate parts records and stock levels
·Using Autoflow to manage parts and repair processes
·Ensuring parts costs and margins are managed effectively
·Resolving supplier and parts-related issues
·Supporting the bodyshop to achieve repair turnaround and productivity targets
 
About You
We''re looking for an experienced Parts Manager / Bodyshop Parts Manager with strong organisational skills and a good understanding of accident repair.
You''ll ideally have:
·Previous experience within a Bodyshop Parts Manager / Parts Manager role
·Bodyshop or accident repair background - highly desirable
·Autoflow experience - highly desirable
·Strong knowledge of automotive parts and repair processes
·Experience ordering parts and managing suppliers
·Excellent organisational and administration skills
·Strong attention to detail
·Ability to manage multiple jobs and deadlines
·Confident communication skills
·Commercial awareness and understanding of parts costs
·Ability to work effectively with VDAs and workshop teams
·Full UK Driving Licence
