Parts Coordinator

Job Overview:
Running a Parts department, ensuring smooth running operation and support to the Engineering business. Act as Point of Contact for queries, information and parts planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Management of 1 team member

• Maintain and update the parts system to track requirements, usage, and spending.

• Conduct monthly stock take and ensure accurate inventory recording

• Works closely with management to guarantee ordering meets demand, forecasting usage.

• Use feedback and data to produce a high usage parts list which is communicated out.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Inventory management.

• Organised with excellent attention to detail

• Experience with technical parts for Powered Access Machines or related equipment
