The Role As Parts Controller / Estimator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the Bodyshop by managing vehicle parts, supporting repair estimates, and helping deliver an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities Order, receive, and manage parts required for vehicle repairs Check incoming parts for accuracy and quality, ensuring they are allocated to the correct jobs Maintain accurate stock levels, produce stock reports, and carry out stock checks Prepare and process repair estimates, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Submit estimates to customers and insurers in a timely manner Obtain authorisation for repairs and manage supplementary estimate requests Provide regular updates to customers and colleagues on repair and estimate progress Assist with job card preparation and invoicing when required Plan and prioritise workload to ensure repairs are completed within agreed timescales Maintain a safe, clean, and organised working environment in line with Health and Safety procedures Support Bodyshop ..... full job details .....
