Parts Co-ordinator
Our client, a leading organisation within the motorsport and automotive manufacturing sector, is seeking a Parts Co-ordinator to support its high-performance composites team on a contract basis. Working across a four-day schedule from Friday to Monday, 07:00 to 17:30, the role will ensure composite components and tooling are accurately tracked and available throughout the production lifecycle.Key Responsibilities:Track and manage composite parts and tooling through all stages of production using ERP systems such as D365 or SAPMaintain accurate records of part status, location, readiness and traceabilityCo-ordinate the movement of parts and tooling between production, inspection, assembly and logistics areasEnsure parts are correctly labelled, stored and prepared for build stations or race eventsLiaise with production, quality, planning and logistics teams to support the timely availability of componentsIdentify and escalate delays, shortages and quality concernsMaintain accurate digital records, physical trackers, care notes and build documentationSupport inventory checks, audits and continuous improvement initiatives relating to part flow and traceabilityJob Requirements:Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing, automotive or motorsport environmentStrong project co-ordination, organisational and time-management skillsProficiency using ERP systems, such as D365 or SAP, alongside Microsoft OfficeExcellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracyAbility to work under ..... full job details .....
