- Proven ability or clear aptitude for leading and motivating a team to achieve business targets.
- A genuine passion for the automotive industry and for delivering great customer service.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinker with experience in devising and executing business plans.
- Sales-focused, results-driven, and commercially astute.
- Highly IT literate with proficiency in MS Office.
- Solid management experience in a B2B environment

Responsibilities:

- Lead, motivate, and develop a team to exceed sales and service targets.
- Devise and implement strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
- Ensure operational excellence, efficiency, and exceptional service delivery.
- Report on performance, using your strong IT skills (MS Office proficiency essential).
