Parts Branch Sales Manager

Working within a busy and established branch, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, developing customer relationships and leading the branch team to deliver excellent service and commercial results. Job Duties Include: Take responsibility for the day-to-day sales performance and commercial success of the branch. Lead, motivate and develop the branch sales team to achieve agreed sales and profit targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing trade customers, maximising repeat business and customer loyalty. Identify and develop new business opportunities within the local automotive aftermarket. Promote the full range of automotive parts, accessories and associated products to trade customers. Monitor branch sales performance, KPIs and customer activity, taking action where improvements are required. Work closely with the Branch Manager and wider management team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
