Parts & Trade Counter Advisor

The Role

Reporting to the Parts & Retail Manager, you''ll be responsible for providing excellent customer service while supporting the day-to-day running of the trade counter and showroom.

Your duties will include:

• Assisting customers in person, over the phone and via email.
• Identifying and supplying the correct parts and products.
• Selling parts, hardware, clothing and groundcare equipment.
• Supporting workshop technicians with parts identification.
• Receiving deliveries and processing customer orders.
• Maintaining a tidy, well-stocked showroom.
• Processing payments accurately and efficiently.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• A positive, proactive attitude and enjoy working as part of a team.
• Good computer skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• A full UK driving licence.

• Knowledge of agricultural, horticultural or groundcare machinery and parts.
• Previous parts, trade counter, retail or showroom experience.
• Sales experience within the agricultural or groundcare industry.

• Permanent, full-time position.
• 39-hour working week
