Role and Responsibilities: As a Parts Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting customers and service teams by providing expert guidance on automotive parts and accessories. Due to the nature of this role it is on- site and there will be a requirement to work every 2nd Saturday as overtime. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting customers with identifying, locating, and procuring the correct automotive parts and accessories. Utilising your in-depth knowledge of vehicle parts to advise customers on suitable options based on their needs. Maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring parts are readily available for both customers and technicians.
