It is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast paced environment, has strong organisational skills, and takes pride in accuracy and customer satisfaction.Key responsibilitiesSupporting workshop technicians with accurate and timely parts supplyHandling inbound parts queries from retail and trade customersPlacing orders and tracking deliveries to ensure efficient parts availabilityMaintaining stock levels and updating inventory recordsUpselling additional accessories and parts when appropriateEnsuring all paperwork and records are completed accurately and on timeSkills and experience requiredMinimum of 2 years experience as a Parts Advisor in a franchised dealershipProficient with Pinnacle or a similar Dealer Management SystemStrong organisational and administrative skillsConfident ..... full job details .....
