Parts AdvisorSalary: Up to £35,000Hours: 40h week Location: Southampton We are currently seeking an experienced Parts Advisor/ Parts Person / Parts Co-ordinator to join a busy and growing automotive bodyshop team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Parts Advisor who is looking to develop their career, with clear progression available into a Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA) role.As a Parts Advisor/ Parts Person / Parts Co-ordinator, you will play a key role in supporting workshop operations by ensuring accurate parts supply, efficient stock management, and smooth day-to-day coordination within the department. This role is ideally suited to a Parts Advisor with strong organisational skills and a proactive mindset.Key Responsibilities of Parts Advisor/ Parts Person / Parts Co-ordinator: Managing the ordering, receiving, and allocation of vehicle parts and accessoriesMaintaining accurate stock control and inventory recordsLiaising with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of partsProcessing invoices, purchase orders, and returnsSupporting workshop technicians with parts availability and queriesCarrying out general administrative duties, including data entry and documentation managementMonitoring stock levels and identifying opportunities to improve efficiencyAssisting with internal reporting and departmental organisation Skills and Experience Required for Parts Advisor/ Parts Person / Parts Co-ordinator: Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or in a similar parts ..... full job details .....
