What you will be doing: Working as part of a busy Parts Department, you will be responsible for ensuring customers and technicians receive the correct parts efficiently and on time. Your duties will include: Maintaining accurate stock and inventory records of parts and supplies. Assisting customers in identifying and ordering the correct parts for their vehicles. Processing parts orders, deliveries and returns. Liaising with suppliers to source and order parts as required. Coordinating with technicians and workshop colleagues to ensure parts are available when needed. Monitoring and maintaining accurate records of parts warranties.
