The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting both retail customers and the workshop team, ensuring parts and accessories are identified, ordered and supplied accurately and efficiently.The RoleAs a Parts Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service while ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Parts Department.Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:Liaising with customers, suppliers, technicians and manufacturersIdentifying, ordering and supplying motorcycle parts and accessoriesProcessing parts orders accurately and efficientlyMaintaining accurate stock recordsHandling customer enquiries both in person and by telephoneSupporting the workshop with parts requirementsEnsuring the Parts Department is organised, professional and efficientProviding a high level of customer service at all timesAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will be customer-focused, organised and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.Previous experience within a Parts Department, automotive environment, motorcycle dealership or retail customer service role would be advantageous.
