Parts Advisor

Job Title: Parts Advisor Contract: Full Time, Permanent Location: Tamworth - Office based role Salary: Up to £35,000 The Professional Services team at SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for a hands-on Stock and Parts Advisor on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for managing parts inventory and supporting the sales/customer department with all operational requirements. As a Parts and Stock Control Advisor, you will be responsible for the following: Managing company-owned parts stock, ensuring accurate stock control, rotation, and housekeepingMaintaining precise stock records and following established processes and proceduresSupplying parts to customers and supporting internal operationsPromoting parts and associated products, supporting sales and account growthBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with existing customersSupporting day-to-day branch operations, including hands-on involvement where requiredProviding accurate reporting on stock levels, parts usage, and customer activityEnsuring health and safety and fire safety procedures are followed at all times The successful candidate will ideally have experience in the following: Parts handling and stock control, ideally within truck, trailer, plant, automotive, or engineering sectorsWorking in a customer-facing environmentManaging inventory systems and maintaining accurate recordsSupporting sales activity or parts salesWorking independently in a fast-paced environmentHighly organised with the ..... full job details .....
