Parts Advisor Salary: £33,575 per annumLocation: Avonmouth, BristolHours: Monday to Friday, either 7:00am to 4:00pm or 9:00am to 6:00pm (with 1-hour unpaid lunch), plus Saturday mornings 8:00am to 1:00pm on a rota basis. The Role As a Parts Advisor, you will be responsible for managing customer parts enquiries, processing orders efficiently, and supporting both internal workshop teams and external customers. Your duties will include: Handling incoming parts enquiries and orders Identifying customer requirements and providing expert advice Checking stock availability and sourcing non-stock items when required Picking and allocating parts for workshop technicians Updating customers on backorders and delivery times Building relationships with existing customers and developing new business opportunities Maximising sales through upselling and promotional campaigns Managing key customer accounts and identifying opportunities for growth Ensuring ..... full job details .....
