Reed Business Support are recruiting for a Parts Advisor on behalf of our valued client in Ashford.This exciting opportunity is ideal for an experienced Parts Advisor or automotive professional looking to join a well-established commercial vehicle business. Working within a busy parts department, you will play a key role in supporting both customers and technicians by ensuring the correct parts are identified, sourced, and supplied efficiently.If you have previous parts experience, excellent customer service skills, and a strong understanding of truck and van parts, this could be the perfect next step in your career.Working hours are 8am-6pm Monday- FridayKey ResponsibilitiesAs a Parts Advisor, your duties will include:Assisting customers and technicians with identifying and sourcing the correct vehicle partsProcessing incoming and outgoing parts orders accurately and efficientlyMaintaining accurate stock records and inventory informationLiaising closely with the workshop to ensure parts availability for repairs and servicingBuilding strong relationships with customers and delivering a first-class serviceManaging supplier and customer communications via telephone and emailSupporting maintenance and repair operations by ensuring parts are readily availableCoordinating parts deliveries and availability with internal departmentsMaintaining a clean, organised and compliant parts departmentProviding advice and guidance regarding vehicle parts and maintenance requirements where ..... full job details .....
